Booking Policy

These policies protect appointment time and help keep scheduling fair for all clients. By booking an appointment with Libran Beauty, you agree to the following.

Booking Fees

  • A $20 booking fee is required for all online bookings.

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

  • Booking fees are non refundable.

  • Booking fees may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment.

  • After one transfer, the booking fee is forfeited.

 

Returning clients who book their next appointment in advance may have the booking fee waived at Libran Beauty’s discretion.

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule is permitted per appointment booked but must be within the 24hr cut-off time. 

  • Rescheduling within less than 24 hours of your appointment requires a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.

  • Appointments rescheduled more than once will forfeit the booking fee.

 

If Libran Beauty needs to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, a courtesy discount will be applied to your next visit.

Late

More than 9 mins late to an appointment, you’ll be charged a 10% fee of the booked service. Over 9 mins, will have to reschedule depending upon Libran Beauty's availability, no refund for deposit.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations forfeit the booking fee, regardless of notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice require a fee equal to 50% of the booked service (applies only to advanced bookings).

 

If Libran Beauty cancels within 24 hours, a 50% discount will be applied to your next appointment.

No-Shows

  • No-shows forfeit the booking fee.

  • A $50 no-show fee applies even if the booking fee was waived.

  • No-show fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.  If an appointment is booked online before paying the required No-show fee, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled.

Advanced Booking Discount

  • Clients who book their next appointment in advance, after receiving a service in studio, will receive a 10% discount on their next appointment with Libran Beauty.

  • This discount is forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled.

Payment And Gratuity

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Gratuity is not expected.

Additional Notes

  • A card may be required to be kept on file.

  • Required waivers must be completed prior to service.

  • These policies apply to all clients without exception.
