Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid penalty. Cancellations are defined as missed appointments that are not rescheduled for another time. All cancellations made within less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge to your credit card of 50% of the service amount and result in the forfeiture of your initial booking deposit.
