Appointment Expectations

We want to make sure you have all the information you need to feel prepared for your appointment.

What you can expect from us

  • When you arrive for your appointment, your Libran Beauty specialist will consult with you about the look you want to achieve PRIOR to beginning your service.

  • Not sure what you want? No problem! We’ll make suggestions to help you achieve the perfect look.

What we expect from you

  • For optimal results, we recommend you arrive for your appointment with little to no makeup. Having a fresh, clean face will help us see where your brow needs cleaning and shaping.


Helpful hint: Do not tweeze between appointments, we want to see where natural brows grow. More hair makes for better shaping results.

  • To avoid disruption, we recommend that you use the restroom prior to any service.

 

  • Please advise your Libran Beauty specialist if you are taking any acne medications, skin medication or antibiotics, as your skin may be more sensitive.​​​​

Studio Expectations

  • Only 1 client at a time is allowed in the studio while services are being performed.

 

  • Guests 16 yrs & younger must be accompanied by an adult

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises

Parking Considerations

While street parking is readily available most times of the day, please give yourself ample time before your scheduled appointment time to account for parking. Metered parking and free residential parking is available for up to 2hrs.  Please read any and all parking signs before parking your vehicle. Do not leave any valuables in sight or unattended inside your vehicle.

No Waiting Room

Our new studio does not have a designated waiting room. Therefore, we kindly request that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

 

Your appointments are of high importance to us and we approach EVERY appointment with care and thoughtful preparation.

 

The policies outlined in this section constitute Libran Beauty’s Booking Terms and Conditions and help us to ensure that we’re providing the best service for our clients. Your adherence to the outlined Booking Terms and Conditions are greatly appreciated.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid penalty. Cancellations are defined as missed appointments that are not rescheduled for another time. 

 

All cancellations made within less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% service charge and forfeiture of your initial deposit. No exceptions.

 

A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provided at the time of booking. 

 

Excessive Cancellations

All cancellations are noted in your file.

 

Excessive cancellations are subject to a charge to your credit card of 100% of the service amount.

 

Excessive cancellations are defined as 3 or more cancellations within the same year. Your 3rd cancelled appointment within the same year and all future cancelled appointments thereafter will incur a 100% of the service amount indefinitely. No exceptions.

 

ALL cancelled appointments will result in the forfeiture of your initial booking deposit.

 

Rescheduling

We understand that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hour notice from the time of your scheduled appointment.

 

All reschedules made within less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% service charge and forfeiture of your initial deposit. No exceptions.

For appointments at our studio location, simply log into your Libran Beauty account and reschedule under the “My Bookings” tab. Please note, this feature is only available for appointments at our Studio locations.

Excessive Rescheduling

All reschedules are noted in your file.

 

Excessive rescheduled appointments are subject to a charge to your credit card of 50% of the service amount.

 

Excessive rescheduled appointments are defined as 3 or more consecutive rescheduled appointments. Your 3rd consecutive rescheduled appointment and all future rescheduled appointments thereafter will incur a 50% of the service amount indefinitely. No exceptions.

 

ALL rescheduled appointments will result in the forfeiture of your initial booking deposit.

 

Late Arrivals

Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If you call ahead to advise you are late we will try to accommodate you. 

 

Please keep in mind that we maintain an on-time schedule so we have enough time to clean, sanitize and prepare the studio before EVERY appointment.

 

If we cannot accommodate you, you will incur the same cancellation fee of 50% service charge and forfeiture of your initial deposit. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

Note, our Rescheduling Policy and Excessive Rescheduling Policy will apply. We highly recommend arriving early to find appropriate parking.

 

No-Shows

You are considered a no-show if you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us. No-shows will incur a 100% service charge of the full service amount. No exceptions.

 

ALL no-shows appointments will result in the forfeiture of your initial booking deposit.

Unpaid Balances

In the event of outstanding invoices that remain unpaid for a period exceeding 60 days, the customer will not be able to book future services until the full balance is paid in full. Additionally, all accrued rewards points will be forfeited indefinitely.

 

Refunds

All services are final. No refunds are available for any Libran Beauty service.

 

Booking an Appointment

All appointments are booked online.

 

Please note that by booking an appointment with Libran Beauty, you are accepting the conditions of our Booking Terms and Conditions in its entirety.

 

Deposits

A nonrefundable $1 deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment to hold your appointment time. Deposits are nonrefundable. Instead, your deposit of $1 will be applied to the purchased service price. In the event of a cancellation, no-show, or reschedule, you will forfeit your booking deposit and your booking deposit will NOT be applied to the purchased service price.

 

Payments

We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards for all purchases. Gratuities are to be paid separately and are not included in our pricing. We do not accept checks.
